Great place for a visit no matter what the weather. Visitor centre interesting and informative. Walking easy on excellent paths and board walks. Fantastic coastal views from the top of the sand dunes. Grandchildren love it. Circular walk from the beach car park over the dunes and back along the beach. Fantastic!

Stunning. We parked on the beach, paid at the shop and walked around the tip from the estuary side to the sea side of the reserve. Lovely soft sand and views across the estuary to Aberdyfi. Great for our dog, just had to pop her on lead to respect the fenced off areas where ground nesting birds are being protected - very clear. Friendly staff in visitor centre/shop explained a few walks across the dunes with a free map, and pointed out where the nesting birds are. Had a decent machine coffee, and the toilets were clean. Would go again when in the area. Visitor centre looks great for kids and had lovely selection of gifts too.
